Damaged Shipments

Freight Shipments- All of our shipments are 100% insured. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-888-400-8890 or email us atcustomerservice@buyriteappliances.com.

Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the trucking company. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and BuyRite Appliances will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.

UPS Ground Shipments- All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. You do have up to 24 hours to report any concealed damage after signing for the unit. As soon as you notice the damage please call our customer service department at 1-888-400-8890 or email us at customerservice@buyriteappliances.com.If damage issues arise after the 24 hour period, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and BuyRite Appliances will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important within the 24 hour period.

 

Defective Merchandise

All products that we carry include a full manufacturers warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery and is not due to shipping damages please call our customer service department at 1-888-400-8890 contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Defective merchandise must be serviced through the manufacturer directly.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

Before deciding on the model that you will buy, carefully measure the area in which your appliance will be placed. It is equally important to know the correct voltage of the outlet that you will be using before purchase.

If you receive merchandise that does not meet your needs please call our customer service department at 1-888-400-8890 within 24 hours of receipt. Please remember that shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse will be applied even though shipping to you is free of charge. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns on air conditioners or special order merchandise. Returned products must be in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them. Any product that has been installed or has attempted to be installed can not be returned. If you do want to return an item please call our customer service department at 1-888-400-8890 or email us at customerservice@buyriteappliances.com to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) #. Orders will not be accepted without one.

General Return Notes and Policies

 

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is does not meet your needs.
• In the event of a return, you must contact customer service in order to receive a merchandise authorization number (RMA).
• Defective merchandise is brand new and comes with a manufacturers? warranty which must be serviced through them.
• All Freight shipments must be inspected internally and externally before signing for the merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged the shipment must be refused for that item.
• After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
• All UPS Ground shipments have up to 24 hours after receipt to report any concealed damaged.
• BuyRite Appliances reserves the right to refuse all returns.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
• Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable.
• We do not accept returns on air conditioners and some specially ordered products due to customer error. Please be sure to read all specifications regarding merchandise before purchase and call us with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.

 

        Orders may be cancelled before the item(s) are shipped and a cancellation fee may apply. Once they are shipped, you will need to refer to our  Return Policy .  BuyRite Appliances reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
