Free Shipping*:
When you order with BuyRite Appliances, your appliances will be delivered free nationwide. If your item is shipped through Freight the delivery company will contact you a day before delivery to schedule an appointment so that you can be present, inspect and sign for the delivery.

Standard Curbside Delivery:
Shipping time varies, depending on your location and the product you are ordering. Please call 888-400-8890 for details.  Typical ship times are 10-21 business days from date your order is placed depending on shipping destination. This is a commercial curbside delivery service.

In Home Service:
We do offer an In-Home delivery option which we deliver in your home. The additional cost is typically $69 per item (certain restrictions apply). Please note that the delivery person will NOT remove the any cartons, packaging material, Styrofoam and any Polycarbonate residual wrap.  We also advise that you only dispose of these materials and parts only after installation. Upon delivery please inspect the items carefully. You will be required to sign a proof of delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please write refused due to damage on the receipt. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent?s departure.

Trouble-Free Delivery
Once you place your order, your purchase is prepared for shipment and is delivered to a specialized delivery agent in your area. When the product arrives in the local facility, an agent will call you to arrange a delivery window convenient for you.  In some metropolitan areas, Saturday delivery is available if you are unable to be at home on a weekday.
Damage-Free Delivery, Guaranteed!
At your home delivery experts will remove product from packing material, position the product in the room of customer's choice, connect power cord (only power/not install), and remove all debris so home is left as it was before delivery. If you find signs of damage to your product, simply refuse delivery, and you will receive a refund.

Express Delivery Service:
Express Delivery Service is available for an additional fee in select locations in the contiguous United States. Please call 888-400-8890 for your delivery times and additional charges that may apply.

We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations which is only NY (ny customer can call for special discounts).

For New York orders, in your shopping cart and on your invoice we will show sales tax .

Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please Note:   Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the trucking company. If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and BuyRite Appliances will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing. UPS Ground Shipments- All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. You do have up to 24 hours to report any concealed damage after signing for the unit. All products that we carry include a full manufacturers? warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery and is not due to shipping damages please call our customer service department at 1-888-400-8890 or contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Defective merchandise must be serviced through the manufacturer directly.

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise if your product is does not meet your needs.
• In the event of a return, you must contact customer service in order to receive a merchandise authorization number (RMA).
• Defective merchandise is brand new and comes with a manufacturers? warranty which must be serviced through them.
• All Freight shipments must be inspected internally and externally before signing for the merchandise. If the merchandise is damaged the shipment must be refused for that item.
• After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.
• All UPS Ground shipments have up to 24 hours after receipt to report any concealed damaged.
• BuyRite Appliances reserves the right to refuse all returns.
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand new condition with all packaging, product literature, and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition in which you received them.
• Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable.
